'SAFELOC' Couplings

The coupling is available as hose end, Female threaded adaptor and Male threaded adaptor. The locking head conforms to the European standard design and incorporates a special 'Pin Lock' safety feature with pin holes on each side of the locking head. The pin holes line up, enabling use of the safety Lock Pin to ensure positive locking and prevent accidental disconnection. A security collar is on the hose stem enabling use of our HP Clamps to prevent hose 'blow off'.

For medium to high pressure compressed air applications, using the standard seal (URS55) and low pressure stem applications, using the EPDM seal (URSEPDM). Manufactured in Malleable Iron with Zinc Plated finish.

Available in ½" to 1".

AIR - working pressure to 12 bar using standard seal (URS55).
STEAM - working pressure to 5 bar using EPDM seal (URSEPDM).
