Butterfly Valves

Manual valves are used as intercepting valves in Stainless Steel lines in the dairy industry, wine industry, pharmaceutical and wherever sanitary measures are required. The valve can be manually or automatically operated.

For manual operating, the valve is supplied with a standard handle called locking handle, placing the butterfly disc in open or closed position.

For pneumatic working, the valves are supplied with a simple or double-effect pneumatic cylinder.

The valve body consists of two identical parts assembled with bolts.

The valve is designed to match any standard: DIN - IDF - RJT - SMS - TRI-CLAMP, threaded or weldable.

Materials

• Body: AISI 304 and 316L.
• Butterfly: AISI 316L.
• Gasket: Silicon - EPDM Viton.
• Finish: Bright.
• Handle: On demand 2-positions, 10-positions, micrometric.
• Choice of gasket material depends on operation temperature and pressure of fluid kind.
