For connection from one nominal size to a different nominal size. When the adaptors are connected to the coupling, the ribs of the clamp fitting are opposite each other when fully coupled.

Special Features

The standard coupling material is Aluminium with Nitrile Rubber Seal. The coupling is also available in Brass and Stainless Steel and other seal materials in white food quality Nitrile, Viton and Silicon are also available. Safety options include locking devices, limit and proximity switches for electronic signalling of filling processes.

Applications

The Storz system was originally designed for firefighting equipment. It is suitable for water and a wide range of other fluids. It has also been adopted for use with powder blowing systems.
