As flexible sealing elements, the seals of the Storz couplings are unavoidably subject to greater wear. They must therefore be occasionally replaced, to ensure a proper function of the coupling.
Special Features
All seals are injection-moulded and guarantee extreme dimensional accuracy and unchanging material constants, tensile strength, elasticity and dimensional stability.
Applications
The Storz system was originally designed for firefighting equipment. It is suitable for water and a wide range of other fluids. It has also been adopted for use with powder blowing systems.
