The Banjo Stubby Valve is a unique compact design perfect for working in tight spaces. The precision moulded polypropylene reinforced with fibreglass for additional strength yet remains lightweight. The valve is available with PTFE / Viton seals and 304 stainless steel bolts. Maximum operating pressure: 100 PSI at 2ºC / 75 PSI at 42ºC. Male Adaptor x Female Thread, full bore.

Description

Available in 2″ and 3″. Banjo ball valves feature an interlocking body and end plate for an easy thread connection for use within agriculture and industrial liquid flow applications. The ball valve has PTFE seals and FKM body seals to handle most liquids, although viton is also available. The maximum operating pressure is 100 PSI at 21C.  Reduced bore.

Special Features

PTFE seats for smooth operation and proper sealing characteristics, double EPDM O-rings in stern area for extra sealing protection that handles most chemicals, interlocking body and end place to allow easy thread connection when installing valves.

Ball valves may be installed in vertical or horizontal pipe runs, they are bi-directional therefore flow direction is not critical, however the best practice is to set up the valve handle to point in the direction of flow whenever possible.
