Features & Benefits

  • Lightweight – great for applications where fittings are required to be moved about on a regular basis
  • Unrestricted flow  - for an efficient and productive workflow that is never compromised by your fittings
  • Minimal fluid spill  - Banjo Dry Disconnect fittings are, specially designed to prevent accidental spills or exposure
  • Easy to use – only two cam levers to connect or disconnect
  • Economical - the most cost-effective fitting in the dry disconnect range
  • Wide range of chemical resistance – Polypropylene is compatible with a wide range of chemicals
  • Comes complete with dust caps – No need to purchase these separately

How Do Banjo Cam Lever Couplings Work?

  • Dry Mate uses a ball valve design giving an unrestricted flow path
  • The handles on each coupling half interlock, making it easy to identify which handle opens or closes first
  • The cam-lever style of connection is the most recognised type of connection available
  • Offers an easy, quick, and positive connection of both coupling halves

Banjo Coupling Safety Features

  • Both handles have interlock buttons that prevent the ball valves from opening when the halves are separated
  • Cannot be uncoupled in the fully open position
  • The female part also has a locking yoke that locks the cam levers once the valve handle has been rotated to the open position
  • The gasket, which seals between the two halves, is mechanically held in place to ensure that it remains located when the two halves are disconnected
